NP_SearchHighlight

When a visitor arrives on a detailed item page through a search engine query, the search terms from that query will be highlighted using the built-in highlighting routine from Nucleus.

Installation

  1. Unzip this zipfile into your plugins directory
  2. Go to the 'manage plugins' section in Nucleus Admin, and install the plugin
  3. That's it!

Usage

The NP_SearchHighlight plugin becomes active from the moment it's installed.

Options

This plugin has no options.

Notes

  • This plugin is released under a GPL license
  • Works even better with the CVS version of Nucleus (>2.0), which has improved highlighting
  • The GoogleSearch plugin is similar, but applies the highlighting through JavaScript code (less performant)
