Atom is a proposed replacement for RSS. Currently it is still highly experimental. In fact even the name is not settled. It's also known as Pie and Echo.

I've made a Nucleus skin that generates Atom 0.2 feeds. You can DOWNLOAD it here. Instructions are included in a README file.
