NP_BrowserSniff.php

BrowserSniff stores and displays browser/operating system of commenters in comments

1. Unzip the file and upload the contents to your plugin directory
2. Install the plugin…
3. Add <%BrowserSniff%> to your comment template for default operation

1. up to 0.3: overwrite NP_Browsersniff.php, no reinstalling necessary

• <%BrowserSniff(BEFORE, AFTER, IMAGE, BETWEEN)%>
• this will output: “BEFORE (image) browser BETWEEN (image) OS AFTER”
• IMAGE can be set to true or false
• BEFORE, AFTER and BETWEEN are strings
• Example: <%BrowserSniff(Using,,false,on)%> will display “Using (firefox image) Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.6 on (windows image) Windows XP”

• Icon size: size (in pixels) of the little icons displayed next to the names of the browser and operating system (default 16)
