Show the current phrase of the moon in your blog.

Draw out the current phrase of the moon (fraction of the moon illuminated) It will create a Png image(transparent image) in your media directory.

1. you can specify the radius of the moon.
2. you can specify the color for both illuminated and opaque part of the moon.
